Florida Climate Week Quarterly Coastal Cleanup at South Beach Park

Oct 10th 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

To celebrate Florida Climate Week 2026, presented by VoLo Foundation, Coastal Connections, Inc. (CCinc) is hosting a Coastal Cleanup at South Beach Park. Florida Climate Week is a statewide initiative all about education, engagement, and collective actions to build a more resilient future.

Join us on Saturday, October 10th, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for our 4th quarterly Coastal Cleanup of 2026 to remove marine debris from Florida’s coastline. You will also have the opportunity to learn about climate change, its effects on sea turtle survival, and how to strengthen coastal ecosystems to adapt to change.

Every piece of debris removed and every bucket filled brings us one step closer to a cleaner, healthier Florida, and an improved environment for us and the wildlife that call it home.

Refreshments and cleanup supplies will be provided! Be sure to bring sun protection, bug repellent, and your neighbors, friends, and family.

Sign in at one of the pavilions near the restrooms at South Beach Park, 1702 Ocean Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963.
