Sea Turtle Recovery Annual Brunch Buffet

Our Conservation  Partner, Sea Turtle Recovery, is hosting their annual brunch buffet to help save threatened and endangered sea turtles! This fundraising event features a brunch buffet, presentations highlighting our patients’ journey to recovery, and a silent auction. The buffet menu is listed below and will include a vegan option and soft drinks, with an available cash bar.

Menu:

  • Hot Items: Fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Apple- Smoked Bacon, Breakfast Sausage Links, Breakfast Potatoes
  • Penne alla Vodka, Grilled Chicken Bruschetta w/ Balsamic Glaze,
  • Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Dill Cream, Seasonal Vegetable Medley
  • The Bakery Basket: A Selection of Fresh Danish Pastries, New York-Style Bagels with Fruit Preserves, Sweet Butter & Cream Cheese
  • Assorted Chilled Juices: Cranberry & Orange
  • Cash Bar

Standard event tickets include the items listed above, and there is the option to purchase a behind-the-scenes tour of our hospital for an additional fee. Tours are not held on the day of the event! Tours will be scheduled for a future date in the winter when our hospital has the most patients for you to see.

Tickets are PRE-SALE ONLY and will NOT be available at the door. Ticket sales end October 16th, so get yours today! Tickets require each attendee’s name and are not transferable. Due to security protocols at the venue beyond our control, no exceptions can be made. Please read the notice below carefully.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • Please understand that you will be attending an event at an active military base.
  • Uber and Lyft vehicles are not viable options for transportation to Picatinny Arsenal as they will be turned away at our Access Control Point.
  • If using a GPS, enter 1136 Parker Road in Wharton, NJ as your destination address to ensure you are not directed to a closed gate.
  • Valid registration and insurance for the vehicle entering the base must be in the driver’s possession.
  • All visitors 18 years of age and older, as well as anyone driving a vehicle, must carry and show an unexpired government-issued photo ID.
  • All visitors 18 years of age and older, as well as anyone driving a vehicle, may have their photo taken and vehicle searched upon arrival.
  • US Citizens may show their unexpired state-issued driver’s license or US Passport to the security personnel.
  • Non-US Citizens that are living in the USA will need to show their valid Permanent Resident ID card (green card) to the security personnel.
  • Foreign visitors must provide a copy of their international passport via email at least three weeks prior to the event date.
  • Passengers under the age of 18 will only need to provide their name to the security personnel.
