International Coastal Cleanup Day
Happy International Coastal Cleanup Day!
Every year on the third Saturday in September we encourage people get out and join a community event to rid beaches of the garbage plaguing beaches.
The International Coastal Cleanup Day was created by The Ocean Conservancy in 1986 and we are excited to help spread awareness about preserving and protecting the world’s oceans and waterways.
Rock The Ocean was thrilled when asked to help host and plan a private event with the City of Fort Lauderdale Public Works Department and it so happened to be on International Coastal Cleanup Day!!
